Data Protection

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) completed the two year transition period on 25 May 2018 and they are being written into a new Data Protection Act.  GDPR contains a series of articles which guide us on how to treat the data we hold.  These pages will help you understand how and why we collect personal information about you and your child and what we do with that information.

Our Privacy Notice (published below) is the main document we publish which details the type of information we hold and how we process it.  It explains the legal reasons behind what we do, who we share your information with, how we store and maintain this data.  It also explains how you can find out what information we hold about you and your child and how you can contact us to discuss this data.
